Our teen leadership sessions move beyond the classroom. We focus on "The Social Map"—helping teens identify their unique communication style and functional roles in society through high-energy, real-world discovery and experiential learning.

Each participant receives a comprehensive, bespoke experience designed to be both immersive and practical:

• The "Social Map" Curriculum: Access to a proprietary leadership framework that identifies functional roles within a group, moving beyond generic "be a leader" advice, and applying effective communication skills.

• The Functional Profile Workbook: A physical guided journal used during the session for self-discovery, strength-mapping, and communicative planning.

• Experiential Learning Modules: Three and a half hours of facilitated, hands-on challenges that mirror real-world professional and social scenarios.

• Post-Seminar Roadmap: A digital "Next Steps" guide sent to parents and students to help apply the seminar’s lessons to their current school or extracurricular activities.

• Curated Refreshments: An arrayed selection of snacks and beverages to keep focus levels high during the intensive session.

• The Networking Lunch: A catered, quality meal provided during the final 15 minutes, allowing students to decompress and practice professional social engagement in a relaxed, trusted network.

While schools often focus on academic leadership, we prioritize interaction and resilience. We use out-of-the-box exercises that mirror professional environments, helping students build a toolkit for life outside of a textbook.

Future-Proofing for College & Career: Admissions officers and employers are increasingly looking for "soft skills"—emotional intelligence, adaptability, and role-clarity. This seminar provides the vocabulary and confidence for teens to articulate these strengths in interviews.

Absolutely. True leadership isn't just about being the loudest voice in the room. Our curriculum recognizes various leadership styles—including the "quiet precision" of researchers and the "steady reliability" of project managers.

This specific seminar is curated for teens from junior high to high school seniors. We may segment activities so junior high and high school students can engage with peers at a similar developmental stage.

Yes. To foster independence and ensure a focused environment, this is a student-only session. Parents are invited to join us for a brief "Closing Summary" during the final 15 minutes of the event.

We recommend a "Smart Casual" attire. We want students to be comfortable enough for movement-based activities, but dressed in a way that reflects the professional nature of a job interview.

We advocate for a "heads-up" learning environment. All necessary materials, including workbooks and writing tools, are provided. We ask that students keep devices tucked away to fully engage with the group.

The safety of our community is our highest priority. All facilitators are background-checked, and we maintain a small group size to ensure high-level supervision and engagement at all times.

No. We provide lunch during the final 15 minutes of the seminar. This "Networking Lunch" is a core part of our curriculum, allowing students to practice social leadership in a relaxed setting. Please ensure any dietary restrictions are noted on the registration form.

We provide light, high-energy refreshments (water and nut-free snacks). At the end of the session, there will be a full catered lunch provided. Please ensure any specific allergies are noted on your digital registration form so we can accommodate your student.

We encourage teens to grow alongside their peers. When registering two or more students together (siblings or friends), a 15% discount is automatically applied at checkout.

Terms & Conditions:

I am registering for myself, or on behalf of my minor child or ward (hereafter “child”), to attend a CORA Path private event. I understand and agree that, as an expressed condition of participation in CORA Path’s leadership programming, I intend to be legally bound by and will abide by the following terms and conditions.

A. Terms of Registration

All attendees must be registered using their legal names. Valid identification may be requested to verify the identity of the registrant. I acknowledge that any actions intended to disrupt or undermine the educational environment of this CORA Path event—including, but not limited to, the use of inappropriate language, harassment, or disruptive social media activity—will result in the immediate ejection of the participant. CORA Path reserves the right to pursue all appropriate civil and criminal remedies against disruptive attendees. Individuals removed for disruptive activity forfeit all registration fees.

B. Attendance & Limited Capacity

I understand that CORA Path seminars have limited capacity and registration is fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. By registering, the participant agrees to attend the core leadership curriculum of the seminar held on May 2nd, 2026.

C. Cancellation Policy

Except in documented cases of emergency, I must notify CORA Path of an inability to attend no later than April 15th, 2026. I understand that the registration fee is non-refundable if cancellation occurs after April 15, as this time frame is necessary to manage material costs and waitlist allocations. The notice should be emailed to thecorapath@gmail.com with the student's name and the event for which you wish to cancel.

D. Professional Environment

CORA Path events are intended for the promotion of leadership, social welfare, and personal development. Attendees agree not to promote outside organizations, political candidates, or commercial ventures without express written permission from CORA Path.

E. Liability Release

In consideration for participation in this program, I agree to release and forever discharge CORA Path, its officers, employees, and assigns from all actions, claims, and demands for any damage, loss, or injury to person or property sustained as a result of participation. I am fully aware of the risks, foreseeable and unforeseeable, related to attending this event. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks and agree not to sue CORA Path for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss resulting from participation. These terms shall be construed under the laws of the State of California.

F. Assumption of Risk (Allergies and Safety)

I assume all risks incidental to participation. I understand that it is my sole responsibility to avoid exposing my child to known allergens. I agree to take all necessary precautions, including ensuring the participant has necessary medication (such as an EpiPen) on their person at all times. While CORA Path provides a catered networking lunch as an optional conclusion to the event, we make no guarantees of a total allergen-free environment; consumption of any food or beverage is at the participant’s own risk.

G. Emergency Medical Treatment & Property Damage

I grant permission for emergency medical treatment to be performed upon my child in case of sickness or injury. All expenses incident to hospital care shall be my responsibility. I also accept financial responsibility for any property damage to the program facilities caused by the participant.

H. Data Usage

By sharing information with CORA Path, you agree that we may contact you regarding this event and future educational opportunities via email and text message. CORA Path values your privacy and will use your data solely to advance our educational and social wellness mission. You may choose to opt-out at any time by notifying us by email.

I. Consent and Release for Use of Likeness

CORA Path utilizes professional photography and video for promotional and educational purposes. By attending, you irrevocably authorize CORA Path to capture and use the participant's likeness, voice, or image in any media worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation. These images and recordings remain the sole property of CORA Path.

J. Exclusive Intellectual Property Rights

Participants agree not to record, reproduce, or transmit any portion of the seminar without specific written permission from CORA Path. CORA Path retains the exclusive copyright to all materials distributed at the event, including "The Social Map" curriculum and associated worksheets.

K. Understanding and Acceptance

By submitting this registration and allowing my child to participate, I confirm that I have reviewed these terms in full and accept them freely. This constitutes the entire agreement between myself and CORA Path.
